1.將救生衣掛單肩上。

2.雙手伸入救生衣，插扣置于胸前。

3.扣好上下插扣，系好收緊帶。

4.整理衣服，使用過程中避免與尖銳器物接觸或摩擦，以防戳、磨破救生衣。

2.Put hands into life jacket,and put the buckle in  front of you

3.Fasten the buckle and fasten securing tape as tight as possible

4.Sort out the life jacket,and make sure to avoid contacting or rubbing with sharp objects during use,   so as to prevent life jacket from being punctured.
